This page is a plain-language stub for the CareCheck NG MVP, not a finished legal agreement.
The service
CareCheck NG lets carers create a profile showing identity checks, experience and documents, and lets families search for and contact carers. CareCheck verifies identity and records information and documents supplied for the profile. It does not guarantee character, clinical outcomes, or replace your own checks and judgement.
Carer responsibilities
Carers agree to provide accurate information and genuine documents. Profiles found to contain false information may be suspended pending review.
Family responsibilities
Families are responsible for their own hiring decisions, including any interviews, references and agreements made directly with a carer. CareCheck is not a party to any care arrangement between a family and a carer.
Reporting concerns
Anyone can report a concern about a carer's profile. CareCheck reviews listing integrity; it is not the police or a hospital, and reports of a criminal or medical nature should also be directed to the appropriate authority.
